Himani Pangal is a photojournalist based in New York and is an alumni from Columbia Journalism School. She earned her undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Southern California - Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism.
During her career in journalism, she was an online editor for an independent magazine publication, GEN-ZINE, dedicated towards contemporary issues through the lens of Generation Z. She was also a reporter for Annenberg News, where she covered local issues within the South Los Angeles community. Much of Pangal’s writing covers criminal justice reform and United States politics.
